At The Stables we want to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible. We aim to accurately describe our facilities and services to give you the confidence to decide if this accommodation fulfills your requirements.

The nearest bus stop is on The Ropewalk. This bus stop is less than 500 meters from The Stables.

Travel by taxi

You can get a taxi with Acorn Taxis by calling 07360 157233. The taxi company has a vehicle with a long wheelbase but no ramp.

You can get a taxi with Elkingtons by calling 07970 305339. The taxi company has a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Parking

We have a private parking space for guests. The parking is less than 10 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.

From the parking area to the entrance step, there is level access.

The lounge area is open plan with a large archway and a small step down to the kitchen and dining area.

There are two sofas, seat 420mm from the floor.

The work surface has fitted cupboards underneath and is 890mm high.

The oven is at a height between 730mm and 1480mm.

The table and plates have high colour contrast.

The crockery is kept in above the counter kitchen wall units but can be moved to base units on request.

Getting around outside

From the main entrance to the outside space, there are 2 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

Emergency evacuation procedures from the first floor living spaces require the use of the open tread staircase.
