Cedar Place is a detached home with its own private garden and 4 bedrooms in the historic market town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire. It offers quality self-catering guest accommodation and is an ideal alternative to bed and breakfast or hotels, giving you a fully equipped home from home that's exclusively yours during your stay. Available to book for a minimum stay of 2 nights or more (longer minimum stays apply to certain peak dates).

Cedar Place has 4 bedrooms (one en-suite), a large bathroom with twin sinks, a large shower enclosure and an oversized bath and can sleep up to 8 guests - it's the perfect choice for families and larger groups. It's also the ideal accommodation for contractors to stay whilst working in Southwell, Newark and the surrounding area. Features include a large private driveway, a fully enclosed, South facing garden with an outdoor shelter and 4 spacious bedrooms, each with their own Freeview TV.

Meet Your Host!
Becky Leach (owner manager) - I have been running Southwell Holiday Cottages since 2017 and it's my passion! Having previously spent 10 years working for one of the UK's leading self-catering holiday cottage companies, I am thoroughly enjoying the chance to put what I learned into practice and to see things from a new perspective. Actually getting to meet my guests provides the perfect opportunity to find out what makes the difference between a good stay and a great one and I take all guest feedback to heart!
My husband Alun helps keep our property in top shape and together we make sure any problems are dealt with swiftly and that things are continually improved and updated.
